Composer in Residence

Composer in Residence 2023 is Philippe Manoury, who contributes to the festival programme as a composer and teacher.
His works will be heard in Grafenegg, including the world premiere of a fanfare (commissioned by the Grafenegg Festival) and the Austrian premiere of his work «Anticipations», commissioned by Casa da Música Porto, musica viva of Bayerischer Rundfunk, Radio France and the Grafenegg Festival. Furthermore, the French composer will lead the composer-conductor workshop Ink Still Wet.
