The «Four Last Songs» are an ode to sensuality: exuberant arcs and infinite longing. Austrian soprano Genia Kühmeier carries the cycle into the Grafenegg night. Sensuality and intellect are also united in Brahms’ Fourth, one the most popular concert pieces of the present. Composer in Residence Peter Ruzicka conducts the Tonkunstler Orchestra and airs one of his own new works.
