Grafenegg is one of the three large, exclusive venues of the Tonkunstler Orchestra.

In Grafenegg they open the summer season with the traditional Midsummer Night's Gala, which is broadcast on television and radio in Austria and several European countries, and demonstrate their stylistic versatility in the concerts at the Wolkenturm. As Orchestra in Residence they also play a significant role in the programme of the Grafenegg Festival. At the annual composer-conductor workshop Ink Still Wet, the Tonkunstler are available as a workshop orchestra and pass on their knowledge and experience to young musicians at the Grafenegg Campus. In various ensembles, they also perform numerous Prélude concerts.
