• Separate desk for groups at main entrance
• Reduced entrance fee of €7 for adults instead of €9 (only on Fri 9 December and for groups of twenty or more)
• With every twenty tickets purchased receive one free additional ticket for tour guides and bus drivers; bus drivers also receive a coffee voucher
• Separate parking area for busses, with shuttle service provided for bus drivers
• Discount on concert tickets for the Tonkunstler Orchestra's Christmas Concert, including admission to Advent (from twenty persons - see Schlossklänge Concerts conditions)
